We had a great Thanksgiving with Steve’s family! We got to spend the day with some of the cousins that we don’t see as much, and one of them is only a little bit older than Lily. Christopher and Lily had so much fun playing together, and even though we don’t see them as often, she took no time warming up to his brothers Jonathan and Matthew.

The older boys were SO great with the two little ones. It’s nice to see 13 year olds that enjoy spending time with their family. The adults had a great day too, with way too much delicious food.
Christopher did not tire out the whole day, but he did find a place to hide from his brothers.

His second attempt to hide (from Lily) was foiled since she thought it was a game and started chasing hime under the table. They played for a while under there, chasing each other around in circles. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the red eye out of the picture so it’s in black and white…
After the kids were gone, Lily was not at all ready for bed, so she enjoyed a snack with Larry, her new best friend. She doesn’t share her goldfish with just anyone!

All in all, it was a great day with family and some really good food. We are lucky enough to have two Thanksgivings, so on Saturday we had Fakesgiving at my parents house. More pictures to come!
